Canon PowerShot SX500 IS and PowerShot SX160IS

has announced two superzoom cameras, the PowerShot SX500 IS and PowerShot SX160
IS. Both cameras can be used for vacations and outdoor activities photos.

SX500 IS comes with a 24mm wide-angle lens capable of 30x optical zoom and
Canon SX 160 IS comes with a 28mm wide-angle lens capable of 16x optical zoom
as much. Canon SX 160 IS uses two AA batteries which are more flexible while
the Canon SX500 IS is equipped with a Lithium-ion battery that can be
recharged.

Both
cameras use a 16 megapixel sensor which is supported by the DIGIC 4 image
processor and image stabilization system (IS). The camera is equipped with
Smart Auto Mode that automatically analyzing 32 different scenes and make the
proper settings for the best picture quality. Creativity users also supported
by a range of Creative Filters pinned six different image effects, both in
images and video that can be recorded with 720p HD quality. The images and
